Represented the Debtor, J.W. Ferrell Concrete Co., Inc. in its Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey (Case No. 06-14331-KCF). J.W. Ferrell Concrete was a family owned, longstanding concrete company. The case resulted in a negotiated Plan which provided for substantial payments to the debtor's pre-petition lender and a resolution of certain disputed obligation to various union entities.

Represented the Debtor, DD-OH Family Partners and 6 other related companies in their jointly administrated Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey (Lead Case No. 08-28138-JHW). The Debtor operated multiple retail furniture stores under the name of Oskar Huber Furniture in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The Plan involved a restructuring of the Debtor's secured obligations, leasehold obligations and customer deposit issues as well as resolution of matters with several credit card processors.

Represented the Debtor, Lakeview Subacute Care Center and its related entity Grosso Realty Investment & Management, LLC in their jointly related Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey (Lead Case No. 04-43311-DHS). Lakeview was a specialty rehabilitation and care center in New Jersey. The Plan involved restructuring the Debtors' secured obligations as well as addressing Debtors' Medicare reimbursement issues.

Teresa M. Dorr has over nineteen years of experience as a bankruptcy attorney, representing corporate and individual Debtors in Chapter 11 cases in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Teresa has also represented Creditors' Committees and small business owners as creditors in Chapter 11 cases. Her Florida practice includes representing individuals in Chapter 7 cases in the Northern District of Florida. As corporate counsel for business debtors, Teresa has been successful in confirming Plans of Reorganization for manufacturing, construction, health­care, retail and professional businesses.

Teresa has appeared before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Florida and the District of New Jersey in appeals of Bankruptcy Court decisions. Teresa was also part of the team representing a confirmed Chapter 11 Debtor in an appeal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in the case of Vision­Park Properties et al. v.
