Practice

Ken practices in the area of bankruptcy and asset protection law. He represents clients in Chapter 7, 13 and 11 cases.

He also represents clients of the firm in adversary proceedings arising from violations of the Real Estate Sales & Procedures Act (RESPA), the Federal Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Home Owners Equity Protection Act.

Ken's practice is exclusively limited to representation of clients of the firm before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida, and management of the firm's State and Federal practice in Georgia.

Debt Awareness Presentations

Ken is a speaker on the subject of the biblical and moral underpinnings of debt, interest (usury), secured debt, guarantor (contingent) debt & credit card debt. He also moderates an interactive power-point presentation for churches and social groups which illustrates the nature and cause of the current economic crisis and the future prospects of the debt backed U.S. economic system. These presentations are entitled "A House of Cards" and "Two Kingdoms."

Personal

Ken is the father of two wonderful children who are active participants in everything from South Walton Little League to Ballet to equestrian activities.

Despite his otherwise busy schedule, Ken continues to maintain a small farming operation today. He insists that he finds the most quiet and peaceful place on earth amidst the roar of the diesel engine of a farm tractor. Ken and his family attend Destiny Worship Center at Sandestin in Miramar Beach.
